Bear is our handsome 1 year old Dogue de Bordeaux with a heart of gold. He came into our care as a result of his previous owner’s ill health. He is now seeking his forever home where any children in the household are aged 12 and upwards. He would happily share his home with a fellow dog of a calm and respectful nature as he can become overwhelmed by lively dogs.

Bear is a young dog that enjoys being out and about and exploring new areas. He loves his walks but can be quite strong on a lead so will need an owner that can dedicate time to fulfil his physical exercise needs and also continue to work on his loose lead walk training. He is familiar with his basic commands and really does aim to please. Here at the sanctuary, Bear has proven to be kennel clean and non destructive. He thrives on his carer's interaction and affection, loving any opportunity of a game or just a fuss and cuddle!

Do you feel as though you can give this handsome Bear what he is looking for?
