The closure of our out of hours service.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
It is with great reluctance that we must reduce our out of hours/emergency wildlife rescue to allow our staff to focus on the animals already in our care.
Our wildlife ambulance service will not be available after 1700 hrs. Most call outs take a couple of hours, that could be 6 feeding rounds when staff are hand-rearing.
PACT is extremely busy, this time of year we see a huge increase in baby birds and animals These youngsters obviously demand more staff attention and certain species require feeding every 20 minutes.
We would like to express our gratitude for your understanding and continued support during this transitional period. As always, our priority remains the well-being and safety of the animals entrusted to our care.
